main/postmarketos-base-ui: add pipewire-spa-libcamera and pipewire-webrtc as dependencies

These subpackages were recently split out of pipewire and broke
camera and webrtc support. These must be added to depends as
there is no way to install_if with flatpaks and these were
previously already part of the pipewire package, so the status-
quo does not change.
