CI: dint: don't mark job as failed if only warnings were raised

In the case of there being warnings but no errors, dint will set its exit code to 2. We don't want the pipeline to fail in this case, so have 2 be an allowed failure exit code. Part-of: <https://gitlab.postmarketos.org/postmarketOS/pmaports/-/merge_requests/7083>
