kconfigcheck: Add 'netmount' to community category

It doesn't look like it was intentional to keep this optional, so let's require netmount (i.e. NFS) for all community kernels. Part-of: <https://gitlab.postmarketos.org/postmarketOS/pmaports/-/merge_requests/8063>
