linux-postmarketos-qcom-sm8550: slim the config to fit the build

The generic arm64 defconfig builds modules for every SoC family; the
build tree blew past the disk (SIGBUS in modfinal). Disable DEBUG_INFO
and every non-Qualcomm ARCH_* family in rtwo.config.
