firmware-lg-judyln: Firmware package for lg-judyln on Linux 7.1

Initially when I made firmware-lg-judy,
I was hoping the firmware from judyln would help judyp as well
But now the firmware paths have changed in 7.1.

I will add firmware for judyp to a new package later on when I have
a device to test it with.
