Aelin c7e2196f35 device-qcom-sm7150: Re-enable splash screen
pbsplash was broken on this device, but plymouth works completely fine,
so we can re-enable the splash screen and just drop the kernel cmdline
configuration.

Aelin f494c6f9b1 device-qcom-sm7150: Drop -openrc subpackage
I don't test OpenRC anymore and don't intend to. Users who want to use
OpenRC on this device are entirely on their own if they want to keep
using it.

Clayton Craft 0648d45d76 device/*: migrate device packages to new kernel cmdline config system
This migrates all device package to the new system, which is documented
here: https://docs.postmarketos.org/pmaports/main/kernel-cmdline.html.

It also replaces old initramfs params (PMOS_NOSPLASH and
PMOS_FORCE_PARTITION_RESIZE) from the cmdlines with their modern
equivalents, so we can finally get rid of those.

should be provided by Devicetree.

Jens Reidel 8473c7a59c device-qcom-sm7150: Disable splash and serial console for now
On systemd installs, pbsplash causes the device to hang during init and
reset. OpenRC does not exhibit this behavior. Let's disable the splash
screen for now to get the devices working out of the box again and look
into this again after 25.12 when we have plymouth.

The serial getty setup is broken on some devices. Not all of them have
the UART TX/RX connected in hardware, so the ttyMSM0 does not exist on
all devices. On those that have it, it works, on those that don't, it
causes logspam.
