Max Brosnahan e22fb90295 systemd/plasma-workspace: Add polkit rule to allow setting the timezone without authorization 
Before this change plasma-mobile required authentication to set the timezone during the first boot setup flow. Now plasma-workspace includes the file from https://gitlab.alpinelinux.org/alpine/aports/-/blob/d61317fd62d0729c76478cf2be3f79d1c7add4a7/community/plasma-workspace/org.kde.timezone.rules.
This ensures that all the plasma front ends allow setting the timezone during first boot setup.

Aster Boese 6347ed4510 systemd/*: remove eudev-dev dependencies 
Even though systemd-dev provides eudev-dev, it doesn't make sense
to keep these dependencies, since we fully control the systemd
repo and don't need to work around these things. Most of these
packages depend on systemd-dev anyways, making this second
dependency useless.

This frees up some room for modifying the provides of systemd to
better integrate with the regular repo in the future.

Oliver Smith 7f09128ba4 extra-repos/systemd: plasma: disable riscv64 
build-edge-riscv64 currently shows "lost" as status on
https://build.alpinelinux.org/. Let's disable riscv64 for these packages
again so we can update the packages for the other arches.

Achill Gilgenast 0a089c12f1 */*: use consistent pkgver scheme for Alpine forks 
Standardize the use of pkgver=9999$_pkgver, allowing easier upgrades but
also a single expected behaviour for users like nightly-builder.

Bart Ribbers eab37a8f47 systemd/plasma-workspace: replace patch to fix crash for a proper one from upstream 
Same as 6afd6efed92708058f3d2b1a52e83a9315387c3c in aports.

Rather than basically disabling the fuzzy search function this actually
fixes the problem and fuzzy search works again.

Bart Ribbers 78eed6fc98 systemd/plasma-workspace: install the Wayland SDDM session config 
Makes SDDM use KWin as it's compositor and thus run on Wayland rather
than X11. This is what the Alpine packaging has done for quite a while
now and actually fixes my PC just showing a black screen until I've
logged in (by just starting to type my password blindly).

Clayton Craft e63c70b6e8 Rebuild -systemd subpkgs 
These packages were previously built by a WIP abuild patch that added
install scripts to each -systemd subpkg for handling preset application
on install and symlink cleanup on uninstall. This functionality has been
replaced by a trigger/commit hook, so we need to rebuild these packages
to drop the install scripts that were previously generated.

Oliver Smith 8c823bc6ce systemd/plasma-workspace: upgrade to 6.4.4 
[ci:skip-build]: CI has passed for all arches, but armv7 and riscv64. It
has already been doing these for 3 hours and would probably take another
3h to complete... seems unlikely that it will fail here from past
experience, so I'll just skip these here as this will fix a lot of
errors.

Oliver Smith b5362184ce systemd: revert some of the pkgrel bumps 
Revert some of the pkgrel bumps from 7429bed2 ("*/*: bump pkgrels of
packages with systemd subpackages"), as they fail for various reasons in
BPO now that are unrelated to rebuilding with the latest abuild +
systemd patch. We can't fix all of them now (I've already spent some
significant time firefighting here today...), so let's unblock BPO and
all pmaports users who currently need to build all of the systemd
packages themselves until BPO finishes the repo, and will also run into
the same errors when trying to build those packages in particular.

Clayton Craft 682ad68e4c extra-repos/systemd: drop armhf 
We currently don't build systemd for armhf anymore. Disable all other
packages in the systemd repo too, as these can't be built without the
systemd dependency.

FWIW all of Phosh, Gnome Mobile and Plasma Mobile already have major
packages not building for armhf so they couldn't be used on this arch
anyway.

Once pmb issue 2618 is resolved, we can re-enable systemd for armhf.

Clayton Craft aa7f9531f6 systemd/plasma-workspace: rebase apkbuild on upstream/aports (MR 5762) (MR 5563) 
New dependencies were not included so this failed to build properly. The
other changes were pulled from the version in aports, to make rebasing
in the future easier.
