Aster Boese 532709ae51 treewide: remove _defconfig="defconfig" as it is default 
_defconfig="defconfig" is the default logic in pmbootstrap, and thus should not be
duplicated in kernel packages. The only use-case for _defconfig is for when the
defconfig differs from what is automatically selected.

linux-next is not modified because it still uses the old kconfig fragments logic and
would break with this change.

Ferass El Hafidi 016888de97 linux-postmarketos-amlogic: drop 0018-add-bt-and-eth-resets.patch patch 
Breaks ethernet connectivity on BPI-CM4:

	[   20.521828] meson8b-dwmac ff3f0000.ethernet eth1: cannot attach to PHY (error: -ENODEV)

I'm pretty sure it used to work before, some kernel upgrade most likely
broke it.

Ferass El Hafidi bdbb8009d1 linux-postmarketos-amlogic: temporarily disable etnaviv NPU 
It is causing Wayland to not work and eglinfo to segfault on boards that
have their NPU enabled in their devicetree (VIM3, LC Cottonwood).

Ideally we should figure out why that is, but for now let's just disable
it to buy us some time.

Ferass El Hafidi d236c28c11 linux-postmarketos-amlogic: add patches for Xiaomi Mi TV Stick

Ferass El Hafidi 1d69471598 linux-postmarketos-amlogic: enable CONFIG_NLS_ASCII (MR 5271) 
Without it some devices will fail to mount the boot partition:

	FAT-fs (mmcblk1p1): IO charset ascii not found

Also disable CONFIG_RT_GROUP_SCHED.

Stefan Hansson cf956551f9 linux-postmarketos-amlogic: add support for cottonwood boards (MR 4467) 
This includes the "Alta" and "Solitude" boards, the latter of which I
also introduce a device package for in a later patch. It should be easy
to introduce support for the former, but I don't have the hardware to
test that on.

The two new patches have been merged and will be included in Linux 6.7
as I understand.
