device-odroid-u2: depend on firmware-odroid-u2 and clean up cmdline
firmware-odroid-u2 provides the bootloaders that are necessary to boot
the system.
There is no reason to always boot with loglevel=9, or with rw, and
most often not with PMOS_FORCE_PARTITION_RESIZE.

device-odroid-u2: use msdos partition type
bl1 is embedded at 0x200 (512), but the GPT header uses roughly the first
0x500 bytes, and hence bl1 overwrites part of the GPT header.
Fix issue by changing to msdos partition type.
