xiaomi-pipa: fix keyboard cover input handling
Stop advertising impossible key bits from the Nanosic 803 keyboard.
Add quirks so libinput treats the keyboard as internal and the touchpad as a clickpad.

linux-xiaomi-pipa: fix stylus input on nt36523
Fix pen enable/disable handling, axis scaling, and proximity-out behavior.
The stylus now tracks correctly across the panel and no longer jumps to 0,0.

Fix PMIC fuel-gauge reporting and wire up stylus charging support.
