linux-xiaomi-pipa: fix stylus input on nt36523
Fix pen enable/disable handling, axis scaling, and proximity-out behavior.
The stylus now tracks correctly across the panel and no longer jumps to 0,0.

xiaomi-pipa: fix charging status reporting and add stylus charging
Fix PMIC fuel-gauge reporting and wire up stylus charging support.
Load the pen-charge notifier early so the touchscreen probes in initramfs.
