Let postmarketos-base-nofde provide a specific version of
postmarketos-fde-unlocker, so pmbootstrap considers the package for
installation. From pmb/helpers/pmaports.py:_find_package_in_apkbuild():
# Ignore provides without version, they shall never be
# automatically selected
if "=" not in provides_i:

Fix for bootstrapping new repositories, which currently fails with:
ERROR: postmarketos-initramfs: dependency not found: postmarketos-fde-unlocker
...when trying to build postmarketos-cros-common or
device-valve-jupiter.

This upgrade GCC 4 to 4.9.4, the last release in the GCC 4 series. This
lets us drop one of the patches, which was included in 4.9.4.
We need to get rid of 3 flags that are set globally for compiling such
an old version of GCC (it doesn't know two of them, and
-Werror=format-security cannot be used with GCC).

This fixes a weird race that I observed when booting from usb, where
mount_subpartitons was called and:
1) rootfs on USB wasn't available so the first find_root_partition found nothing
2) the loop was entered to search for subpartitions
3) after a few iterations, the USB block device showed up along with its
partitions and the for loop was started
4) kpartx -afs created mappings for partitions on the disk (e.g.
/dev/sda), the rootfs was found by find_root_partition but the mappings
were never removed
5) Later when things like e2fsck or mount tried to operate on /dev/sda2,
they would fail with "in use" or "resource busy" errors
The fix for this is two parts:
* Don't try to look for subpartitions on whole disks (e.g /dev/sda),
it tests for this by assuming that partitions have a `partition` thing
under sysfs
* Running find_root_partition on each iteration of the while loop just
in case the real partition showed up so we can bail out of the while
loop entirely. This is janky af, but since we have no idea if we're in
mount_subpartitions because we need to actually search for subpartitions
OR if we're here because of a slow-to-init block device, I'm not sure we
have any other choice.

Since 23e7b54acd488afbf30c666e2b17b8fa2f37970d in aports
polkit-kde-agent-1 doesn't pull in polkit-elogind anymore which seems to
also have caused the systemd installations in postmarketOS to not pull
in polkit-systemd anymore. Since that's a package that should be pulled
in from a meta package anyway (so they can differ per init system
properly) we should pull it in now as otherwise the keyboard input does
not work on SDDM (and there are probably more problems without it as
well).

Mediaberry seems to use a wlroots-based Wayland compositor forked from
tinywl. As wlroots doesn't support running without DRM unless you do
some funny workarounds like running inside an X.Org session, I'm
confident our Mediaberry UI won't work without DRM as-is.

This adds support for having a custom install/deploy, where if
`/etc/os-installer/deploy.sh` exists then pmbootstrap generates an
image, exports it, then calls deploy.sh with the path to the image it
created, and does NOT call pmbootstrap install with --disk. deploy.sh
comes from device packages that need to implement custom image
deployment stuff, when using --disk is not appropriate.
If deploy.sh doesn't exist then the standard install (using --disk) will
take place.

COSMIC is configured by default to allow "over amplification" of audio,
which is probably going to drive systems with sensitive speaker setups
(like macbooks, and the x13s) too hard. 100% on these is already plenty
loud. Users can override this default by flipping the switch in COSMIC
Settings app if they really want it.

In the process, bump the pkgver to 1 similarly to what we do with
device packages where version numbers don't have a meaning. We
specifically don't create a subpackage, since the app is in flathub,
which is officially supported by the provider, and is a common way for
most non-technical users to ust it, since it's offically endorsed.
Unconditionally opening this really high port should also not increase
the attack area in any remarkable way.

This should come from the package providing the daemon run by the unit
file (and in our case, at least temporarily, from the vendored unit file
in systemd-services)
This also adds an install script for post-upgrade that makes sure that
the alias for display-manager.service is created for plasma-mobile on
existing installs where we were missing the alias definition in the
tinydm unit file.
Without this workaround, existing installs will miss the alias and we
won't be able to run things that are associated with this alias (like
stopping pbsplash.)
Note: this is a post-install script since this subpkg is new, and on
existing systems affected by the issue it resolves the subpkg would be
'installed' not 'upgraded'.

This fixes an issue where pbsplash was not killed when the override is
attached to a service that runs as a non-root user (e.g.
tinydm.service). The tiny `+` tells systemd to run this command with
full privileges, the other stuff in the service's ExecStart and so on
are unaffected by this change.
This also adds the kill pbsplash override to getty@.service, fixes#4018

[ci:skip-vercheck]: Due to me misunderstanding how apk deals with the
_git suffix, this is a downgrade. But I don't think it matters much
given that we expect users to use `apk upgrade -a` generally and since
dint mostly is used in CI.
