In addition to the version upgrade:
1. Drop DTS patch for volume keys. These will be handled via hwdb
2. Drop CONFIG_FW_LOADER_USER_HELPER. It was required by the LED controller
(lp5523) driver until Linux 6.19
3. Restore TWL4030_PWRBUTTON, and make it built-in (in readiness for plymouth)
4. Drop HSI patch. To be replaced with a better quality patch which will be
upstreamed
5. The remainder of changes are from kconfig migrate

Get touchscreen going by using correct hex value as i2c address
Update display panel / DSS sections:
- Add comment to 'dss' section to explain need for a kernel configuration setting
which in an ideal world could be set in devicetree
- Set rotation property, panel-timing values, and comment on panel section in mcspi4
Set pinctrl entries for the device:
- Entries initially based on older u-boot and kernel board files and code, then
revised based on similar devices
- Add pinctrl values in &omap3_pmx_core and &omap3_pmx_core2 sections
- add pinctrl-names and pinctrl-0 entries for most devices
Start to get sound card / codec set up, although not working yet:
- Set correct codec compatible entry.
Device uses 'ti,tlv320dac3100', not 'ti,tlv320aic310x'
- Attempt to set sys_clkout2 clock for audio codec, but this is not working yet
- Add 'simple-audio-card' section
- Add &mcbsp2 section
- Add two regulators
Enable/ revise wifi section (mmc3 -> wifi)
Add vaux2 regulator section, used by mmc3/wifi
- Other devices have more comprehensive entries for the vmmc-supply and
vqmmc-supply values for wifi which should likely be used for this device as
well, but not implemented yet.
Allow device to actually turn off by setting system-power-controller property on
twl4030
- Add power ("ti,twl4030-power-idle-osc-off") section in twl, this seems to set
suspend/low power commands
Add/ update some items based on similar devices, such as:
- hfclk_26m - set on twl4030
- vpll2 - set regulator to always-on, supposedly for dss/dpi
Set some unused components as disabled: gpmc, mcspi1, mcspi2, mcspi3, uart3, uart4
- uart2 is disabled since bluetooth hasn't been tested. Device does not have
antenna for bluetooth
Many smaller updates:
- add pclk-sample property to lvds-encoder
- Correct accelerometer mount-matrix
- Set max8903_charger as power-supply for max17042 fuel gauge
- corrected touchscreen-size-.. properties to match 'native' orientation
- Add manufacturer model number to model string
- Revise max8903_charger section/ comments

Many updates made throughout to bring this driver from the rough initial state
previously committed to something much more comprehensive and correct/ final.
Make various updates to allow setting the panel mode from the device tree:
- add functionality to be able to read a display mode / panel-timing from the
device tree
- wanted to add this to make explicit that nook color requires building
kernel with a certain dss flag/value set also requiring
that pixel clock to be <= functional clock / 4
- make bus_flags in device tree fail probe
- Allow setting panel orientation
Update spi init function to modernize bit handling and remove older redundant function
Facilitate apparent need for min FCK / PCK = 4 with Barnes & Noble Encore / Nook Color
- switch the default display mode to match the apparent
need for min FCK / PCK = 4 with Barnes & Noble Encore / Nook Color
- tweak the modes array and remove the sizing since that is actually set elsewhere
Clean-Up All Over:
- Clean up logging to hopefully be close to kernel norms/ standards.
- Driver now only generates logs when probe completes and when panel
is powered off / on.
- Some additional logging is generated when debug is enabled.
- Remove extra/unnecessary code from enable function that was added when
initially developing
- Remove commented code and updated formatting
- Tweake mode names to not include @ sign
- remove some likely unnecessary bus flags

bq27xxx_battery has a check for status flags in order to detect changes
and report to userspace. However, the cached flags are updated before
checking for changes, hence no flag-related events are ever sent. This
patch fixes this behavior, and has been sent upstream.

This cmdline argument is now a no-op. Drop it everywhere and add a new
CI check to enforce this.
Adjust the deprecated "minimal" initramfs variant to use
pmos.debug-shell to enable logging instead. It doesn't /support/
dropping to a shell, so the variable takes on a different meaning. But
that's ok since it's at least more consistent.

Nokia N900. This is useful when the fuel gauge is out of calibration and a
learning cycle cannot take place due to broken USB/charging port on the device.

Disable twl pmic off-idle configuration for Nokia N900. An ugly patch to do
this was lost during the migration from linux-nokia-n900 to the shared omap
kernel.

Added CONFIG_GPIO_SYSFS, this is required for nokia-modem module
GPIO_SYSFS depends on EXPERT which in turn sets DEBUG*

- make CONFIG_DRM_DISPLAY_CONNECTOR built-in. This resolves 'slow' tty
initialization that breaks pbsplash on N900
- use CONFIG_CMDLINE_FROM_BOOTLOADER instead of CONFIG_CMDLINE_FORCE, to allow
kernel to boot with u-boot provided parameters such as
PMOS_FORCE_PARTITION_RESIZE
- upgrade to 6.3.5
