Aelin f800afc5a4 device-generic-loongarch64: Pull in linux-firmware-rtl_nic
Several LoongArch mainboards have RTL NICs that want firmware or
otherwise log soft error like

[ 26.928046] r8169 0000:03:00.0: Unable to load firmware rtl_nic/rtl8168h-2.fw (-2)

Add the necessary linux-firmware files to silence them.

Aelin eec9a43cc1 device-generic-loongarch64: Set deviceinfo_disable_dhcpd
Currently, this is a package that will mostly be used on desktops,
laptops and servers, where enabling dhcpd does not really make sense.

Clayton Craft 0648d45d76 device/*: migrate device packages to new kernel cmdline config system
This migrates all device package to the new system, which is documented
here: https://docs.postmarketos.org/pmaports/main/kernel-cmdline.html.

It also replaces old initramfs params (PMOS_NOSPLASH and
PMOS_FORCE_PARTITION_RESIZE) from the cmdlines with their modern
equivalents, so we can finally get rid of those.

Stefan Hansson f5a46e6847 device-generic-loongarch64: remove deviceinfo_chassis

should be provided by Devicetree or ACPI.
