Since we have aports-qa-bot now set up to ping maintainers, let's make
it explicit that I maintain these packages.
Clean up CODEOWNERS as well for my entries which anyways contain my
username which is not used on gitlab.p.o.

Now as boot-deploy allows us to generate both boot.img and extlinux.conf
at the same time, enable generating the config for all msm8226 since it
will be used in the future lk2nd release. boot.img is still kept to keep
compatibility with current lk2nd releases and to allow system recovery
with fastboot when required.

mesa-dri-swrast no longer exists and just installs,
mesa-dri-gallium. However, this might not always be the case, so
let's change it before it causes any issues.

AsteroidOS uses this config file to determine how the UI should look
(e.g. a round or a square screen), and if some things like Wi-Fi are
supported. Upstream auto generates this config file, but it seems so
simple and small that I think it's better for us to just ship the file
next to the APKBUILD
At the moment we have Contributor: lines on some packages (but not all of them),
but often they don't represent the actual contributors to the package very well.
E.g. when we added them retroactively to the device packages we only added
the initial contributor (which isn't necessarily the person
who made most of the work for a device...)
The Git history is the most representative source for figuring out
who contributed to a package, so there is no reason to duplicate that
into the APKBUILD.
