Clayton Craft 0648d45d76 device/*: migrate device packages to new kernel cmdline config system 
This migrates all device package to the new system, which is documented
here: https://docs.postmarketos.org/pmaports/main/kernel-cmdline.html.

It also replaces old initramfs params (PMOS_NOSPLASH and
PMOS_FORCE_PARTITION_RESIZE) from the cmdlines with their modern
equivalents, so we can finally get rid of those.

Alexey Minnekhanov 12fc6da4a4 device-xiaomi-clover: add battery modules to initfs 
Having battery charger and fuelgauge modules in initfs will
allow device battery to be charged e.g. in debug-shell mode,
instead of slowly discharging and dying.

Alexey Min 71aee6a9c1 device-xiaomi-clover: enable GPU / panel support (MR 5702) 
Include Qualcomm display subsystem and Adreno GPU driver, along
with panel driver into initramfs.

And mark devices as GPU accelerated to allow using all the UIs.

Caleb Connolly 3ed9591e41 treewide: drop PMOS_NO_OUTPUT_REDIRECT (MR 5240) 
This cmdline argument is now a no-op. Drop it everywhere and add a new
CI check to enforce this.

Adjust the deprecated "minimal" initramfs variant to use
pmos.debug-shell to enable logging instead. It doesn't /support/
dropping to a shell, so the variable takes on a different meaning. But
that's ok since it's at least more consistent.

kubntd d6fa4df277 device-xiaomi-clover: add dependencies for modem, Wi-Fi and GPU (MR 5230) 
Depend on msm-firmware-loader, firmware- and soc- packages.
Sort deps alphabetically.

Tidy up deviceinfo:
* add flash_kernel_on_update
* remove unneded things from kernel cmdline

Alexey Minnekhanov df6a692c8f xiaomi-clover: add Mi Pad 4 Plus variation (MR 4702) 
Similarly to how it was done for xiaomi-beyllium with varying
display panels, add kernel variant for clover-plus.
Mi Pad 4 Plus is very very similar to regular Mi Pad 4,
but it has different panel and different touchscreen.
Therefore it uses different device tree in kernel - and it
is the only changed line in deviceinfo file.
