Dang Huynh 9b2fd4ce5a linux-pine64-pinetab2: Upgrade to 6.17.8 
This kernel version includes BES2600 Bluetooth UART driver and also
fixes black box around the cursor on KDE Plasma[1].

The latest kernel supposedly improve WLAN driver stability and
fixed a major bug with VOP2 DRM driver where the display would not
come on after waking up from sleep.

Stefan Hansson f5dd18d657 pine64-pinetab2: add co-maintainership (MR 5336) 
I use the PineTab 2 for various tasks on a semi-regular basis, so I
would like to co-maintain it.

Danct12 c0ad00a6ae pine64-pinetab2: new device (MR 4208) 
PineTab 2 is a successor to the original PineTab from PINE64 released
in mid-2023.

The tablet came with DanctNIX's fork of Arch Linux ARM, comes with
K Desktop Environment as the UI and available with 64GB eMMC/4GB RAM
or 128GB eMMC/8GB RAM.
