deviceinfo: Add default_value = false to all boolean variables
Make sure that dint can complain about some variables being redundant
because they're set to "false".

deviceinfo_schema.toml: move from dint repository
In preparation for a future dint version that reads this file from the
current working directory with a fallback to reading it from the
repository root.
