Clayton Craft baac3a7257 main/postmarketos-base: add debuginfod url to profile.d 
The libdebuginfod package ships a profile.d script that reads
/etc/debuginfod/*.urls files, but that mechanism doesn't work on
Duranium because users can install gdb via coldbrew and coldbrew's
bubblewrap sandbox doesn't bind-mount the host's /etc so any .urls file
on the host is invisible inside the sandbox. I considered addign this to
the dev-tools sysext, but coldbrew is always installed and making users
install a sysext just to set a variable when they're already able to
install gdb via coldbrew didn't seem like great UX

Setting the environment variable via a profile.d script works for both
mutable pmOS and Duranium since the host's login shell sources it, and
coldbrew inherits the host's environment. I considered using a .urls
file for mutable pmOS but that would require adding a subpkg with an
`install_if=libdebuginfod` AND a profile.d thing like this for duranium,
so just adding a single profile.d file for both seemed a lot simpler
even if it's ignoring libdebuginfod's existing profile.d mechanism.

Clayton Craft 60ccc20939 main/postmarketos-ui-phosh: add systemd unit override for udiskie 
This installs the custom udiskie xdg autostart thing only when running
openrc, and adds a unit override for udiskie to run it with -N. This
fixes an issue where udiskie was being started twice on boot in systemd
installs (via systemd unit and xdg autostart)

Fixes #4768

Oliver Smith c4c544e35c main/postmarketos-initramfs: add 95-dm-notify.rules 
device-mapper-2.03.35-r5 is now being built with --enable-udev_sync:
https://gitlab.alpinelinux.org/alpine/aports/-/merge_requests/107049

This means we must include 95-dm-notify.rules in the initramfs, or else
the "cryptsetup luksOpen" command never finishes as the udev sync can't
complete.

Fix: #4842

Clayton Craft 3f4c42c462 main/postmarketos-duranium: always run sd-sysuser on boot 
This ensures that sysusers conf changes are always applied when booting
an update. This is functionally the same as what we do in mutable pmos,
where apk runs systemd.trigger that runs sd-sysusers if new sysusers
conf is added/modified on an existing install.

Aster Boese 1c12db10d3 main/devicepkg-dev: add logic for downstream kernels without _config 
The git version of pmbootstrap generates kernels without _config.
Because devicepkg-dev expects this variable, it should be set to
what pmbootstrap has replaced the variable with unless the
variable is manually set.

Aster Boese d01d002782 main/postmarketos-base: drop grub subpackage 
With the last device using grub having been
moved to systemd-boot with pmaports!9135,
it is now unnecessary to include grub
configuration.

Removes the update-grub.conf config and
the postmarketos-base-grub subpackage.

Achill Gilgenast 4d4e57b628 main/postmarketos-ui-phosh: enable app drawer filtering 
Was 5 years ago disabled because most apps weren't marked as adaptive.
But that clearly has changed today and remaining apps should be updated
upstream.

That means that some apps might "disappear" when existing installations
had un-adaptive apps, but given the button on the button that is easy to
read, I consider that fine.

This reverts commit ae02ad9190 ("main/postmarketos-ui-phosh: disable app drawer filtering (MR 2298)")
