device-qcom-msm8226: remove deviceinfo_chassis
Doesn't make sense for generic devices and is no longer required as it
should be provided by Devicetree.

qcom-msm8226: new device
With the new changes in lk2nd that allow us to support extlinux.conf,
we can now generate image that would be generic to these devices.
