A large scripted cleanup to fix the errors, each with the sed command

This kernel shouldn't exist. msm8960 devices, like the expressatt,
already use the linux-* mainline kernels and the apq8064 is very related
to the msm8960. Let's deprecate this kernel and shift the devices that
depend on the apq8064 kernel onto the mainline kernels.

This cmdline argument is now a no-op. Drop it everywhere and add a new
CI check to enforce this.
Adjust the deprecated "minimal" initramfs variant to use
pmos.debug-shell to enable logging instead. It doesn't /support/
dropping to a shell, so the variable takes on a different meaning. But
that's ok since it's at least more consistent.

[ci:skip-build]: kernel builds are very likely to go through now
Postmarketos-base-downstream-disable-udev-v4l symlinks
/lib/udev/rules.d/60-persistent-v4l.rules to /dev/null, so depend on
this package instead. The dependency is added to downstream kernel
subpackage, as issue *should* only affect downstream kernel.
Add option for mainline kernel iso downstream kernel. Note that a lot is
not working yet due to incomplete devicetree, so this is for development
purposes only.
Add sony-fusion3 firmware subpackage to enable wifi.
Enable Qoalcomm Prima WLAN driver and fix wrong path in kernel.

At the moment we have Contributor: lines on some packages (but not all of them),
but often they don't represent the actual contributors to the package very well.
E.g. when we added them retroactively to the device packages we only added
the initial contributor (which isn't necessarily the person
who made most of the work for a device...)
The Git history is the most representative source for figuring out
who contributed to a package, so there is no reason to duplicate that
into the APKBUILD.
