device/testing: set builddir to fix builds
With recent abuild changes, these packages don't build anymore. Set
builddir="$srcdir" for these packages to get the previous behavior and
have the builds fixed.

samsung-gt58lte: convert to common gt58 package (MR 2431)
With msm-firmware-loader it's possible to use common package for both
variants and prompt the user if they need the modem or not.
