Alexey Minnekhanov 3f295fd2af soc-qcom-sdm660, sony-pioneer: get rid of nonfree-firmware subpackages 
Remove nonfree-firmware subpackage from soc-qcom-sdm660.

The only cosumer of it was nonfree-firmware subpackage in
device-sony-pioneer. So remove nonfree-firmware subpackage
from device-sony-pioneer and put original contents of
soc-qcom-sdm660-nonfree-firmware into firmware-sony-ninges.

In firmware-sony-ninges replace too big linux-firmware-qcom
dependency (150 Mb) by much smaller (42 Kb) package with
only GPU firmware (firmware-qcom-adreno-a530).

While we are fixing device-sony-pioneer, drop phoc.ini and
related -phosh subpackage from it as well.

And Xperia XA2 is actually GPU accelerated, mark it as such.

Alexey Minnekhanov 2708a4dcee soc-qcom-sdm660: depend on alsa-ucm-conf-qcom-sdm660 
In order for all devices on SDM630/660 platform to easily obtain
ALSA use case configs, add newly added alsa-ucm-conf-qcom-sdm660
to dependencies of common SoC package.

Haven't seen maxnet for a long time, so promote myself to
maintainer.

Alexey Minnekhanov c97eafc5b8 soc-qcom-sdm660: install Adreno GPU quirks script (MR 4897) 
Install script into /etc/profile.d with workaround for mesa bugs.
This makes most SDM660 devices usable for general people out of the box.
