The DTS patches for it do not apply anymore, and exkc has said that
their device is now broken, so they are unable to continue maintaining
the port.
As a stop-gap solution, xiaomi-once users who still wish to use
postmarketOS can use the p212 port. They are also welcome to fix the
devicetree patches and upstream them.

Xiaomi didn't ship some firmware in the vendor partition, so i needed to package that firmware by myself, at that point i had some reports that in some devices (or some android versions) they were missing some firmware, so i would rather go back to package the firmware in a different package

The currently shipped firmware only worked on early EVT and DVT1
devices, because it is unsigned.
Signed firmware, to enable support for 8.0 was uploaded a long
time ago, but the firmware package was not bumped.
With this bump now all variations of otter are supported:
- EVT
- DVT1
- DVT2
- 8.0 (MP)
- 8.1 (MP)

The initfs compression was a leftover from when the device aport
was using the sdm845 mainline kernel (as we played with the otter
bringup there).
This resulted in causing the device to not boot.
Also remove the kernel cmdline as it is already handled by getty.

The device has seen a decent amount of work put into it and is usable
on a basic level. Many features unfortunately remain unavailable, but
the device fulfills the wiki requirements to be moved to community, so
let's do that to increase visibility.
The PXA1908 firmware package and the U-Boot package are moved together
with the device packages.

As many other downstream kernels, this needs to depend on linux-headers
to fix:

It also needs xz:

If a custom bl1 is used on sdcard, then it should be embedded at
0x200 (512). If a GPT filesystem is used, then the GPT header uses
roughly the first 0x500 bytes, and hence bl1 overwrites part of the
GPT header in that configuration.
Change to msdos partition type so that the filesystem works fine
whether or not we use stock bl1 or custom one.
