Since /lib/firmware is always mounted as soon as / is mounted, wl1251-cal can
still be effective without the module blacklist, as long as care is taken to
ensure the service runs as soon as possible, and strictly before udev starts.

Some notable changes since 6.10.1 are:
- Add support for konawifi (@jack_kekzoz)
- Drop initramfs that we carried in kernel (only exynos4210 devices
needed it, and those can now use u-boot)
- Update config to make kernel a bit smaller (disable some options,
make others modules), and enable options to make pmbootstrap kconfig
happy
- Add ctx->panel.prepare_prev_first to ea8061 panel driver, to fix
issue where panel is all black

The close-to-mainline u-boot fork can then load linux from boot
partition.
One downside is that it will no longer be possible to flash through
pmbootstrap, since there is no support for flashing arbritrary targets
to arbritrary partitions with pmbootstrap, yet.
Therefore, users will need to manually flash
/usr/share/u-boot/trats/u-boot.bin to the KERNEL partition for i9100
to work after these changes.

Fixes service shutdown order on device shutdown/reboot.
Basically you can't shutdown rmtfs before Wi-Fi is shut down, due to
how remote processors are involved in this on qcom platforms.
If modem is powered off, all attepts to communicate with Wi-Fi
firmware are nonsense and this hangs device on shutdown/reboot
or send it to crashdump mode.
Openrc sercice already has the correct dependency.

For more details, see upstream PR: https://github.com/linux-msm/rmtfs/pull/24
We can safely replace the `Before=msm-modem-uim-selection.service` line
because msm-modem-uim-selection already has its own deps specified in its
own service file.

This could be folded into aports/qemu.. but I'm not sure if
they'd accept it since the path these install to seems(?) to be
systemd-specific? Once there's -systemd split pkg support in abuild,
then maybe it'll make sense to move this to aports.

[ci:skip-build]: already built successfully in CI
The runners from OSUOSL sometimes still fail to run jobs that emulate
other arches via QEMU. We run into this when building gcc-x86_64 for
aarch64 on x86_64 through QEMU. Use the usual workaround of running the
job on our own builder.

Make the log available, currently it gets cut off:
> Job's log exceeded limit of 4194304 bytes.
> Job execution will continue but no more output will be collected.
Remove --details-to-stdout, as it causes the log to only get written to
stdout, not to the log file.

The hello-world, iskey, pbsplash packages didn't actually get built in
this test as --force was missing and the versions don't change when
upgrading gcc. The last and most important one for building gcc-x86_64
with gcc-aarch64 did work though.

Fix that CI is currently failing with errors like:
> FAILED .ci/testcases/test_device.py::test_aports_archived -
> AssertionError:
> /builds/postmarketOS/pmaports/device/archived/firmware-samsung-nevisp/APKBUILD
> should have an Archived: comment that describes why the package is
> archived
Push this directly to master as this is a trivial but important fix to
make CI pass again for open MRs.
