Luca Weiss f208372359 device/*: fix build due to abuild breaking changes 
Since abuild 3.16.0_rc1 split functions are executed in $pkgdir. And
built files in build() are no longer showing up in "$srcdir" but are in
$pkgdir now apparently.

Stefan Hansson a324a84519 device: move local install to global install for some devices

Alexey Minnekhanov 0af1e1e7b5 linux-postmarketos-qcom-sdm660: Comply with new kconfig requirements 
Immutable category was added to community kconfigcheck requirements.
Enable some new options (like erofs) to satisfy checks and avoid ERRORs.

Rudraksha Gupta 72dbafa432 Remove apq8064 kernel 
This kernel shouldn't exist. msm8960 devices, like the expressatt,
already use the linux-* mainline kernels and the apq8064 is very related
to the msm8960. Let's deprecate this kernel and shift the devices that
depend on the apq8064 kernel onto the mainline kernels.

Jens Reidel 606b7a130c linux-postmarketos-asahi: Use llvm-strip for modules_install 
I had originally overlooked that this was necessary. If
INSTALL_MOD_STRIP=1 is set when invoking modules_install, we need to set
LLVM=1 to ensure that llvm-strip is used instead of GNU binutils strip.

Jens Reidel b9102ac571 linux-next: Build with clang instead of GCC 
As far as I can tell, the intent was always to use clang, but building
with LLVM=1 CC=gcc will result in building with GCC and LLVM binutils
and LLD.
