Add rockchip-isp1 to modules-initfs as a workaround for display initialization
issues on kernel 6.11.11. Without the ISP driver built into initramfs, the
unl0kr screen fails to display during early boot when disk encryption is
enabled, though the input still works. Building rockchip-isp1 into initramfs
ensures proper display initialization.
This is a temporary workaround until the underlying power domain or clock
synchronization issue between the display and camera subsystems which I suspect
can be properly investigated and fixed.

Let the openrc subpackage depend on eg25-manager-openrc to ensure the
latter gets installed first. Otherwise this can happen:
(122/741) Installing device-pine64-pinephonepro-openrc (4-r3)
Executing device-pine64-pinephonepro-openrc-4-r3.post-install
* rc-update: service `eg25-manager' does not exist
ERROR: device-pine64-pinephonepro-openrc-4-r3.post-install: script exited with error 1
(123/741) Installing eg25-manager-openrc (0.5.2-r0)

[ci:skip-build]: already built successfully in CI
Update paths to keyboard configuration files to reflect PinePhone's
move from main to community device category.

This cmdline argument is now a no-op. Drop it everywhere and add a new
CI check to enforce this.
Adjust the deprecated "minimal" initramfs variant to use
pmos.debug-shell to enable logging instead. It doesn't /support/
dropping to a shell, so the variable takes on a different meaning. But
that's ok since it's at least more consistent.

[ci:skip-build]: kernel builds are very likely to go through now
Since kernel 6.5 (I believe) the ucm config
need to be adjusted because the mic way too
sensitive. The other party hears a freight
train riding rails that are almost
perpendicular ...
This is an attempt to get the mic to work nicely.
