community/soc-qcom: make pd-mapper optional
The in-kernel pd-mapper is the preferred choice nowadays and used for
some kernel packages of devices that already/want to depend on soc-qcom.

soc-qcom: run systemd splitfunc in pulseaudio-systemd subpkg
Just like when defining custom -openrc subpkgs, or prepare funcs, etc,
we *need* to manually the corresponding abuild function or else things
break.
