Duje Mihanović fd0fb50ca8 device: Move MSM GPU compile fix to shared patches 
The downstream KGSL patch is shared by a ton of devices, make it shared.

xiaomi-aries is exempt as it has a different path for the KGSL driver.

Duje Mihanović 6f27d8084c lg-vee3e: Fix port 
Use gcc6 and add a few shared patches to make the kernel (and
menuconfig) build again. Since it now works, move the aport back to
downstream.

The "new" initramfs does not work without an extra initfs, so enable
that. Delete a few redundant deviceinfo properties while at it.

Finally, change the red tint fix to a Kconfig option instead of a patch.

AutumnSpark1226 1ee1c994e5 firmware-samsung-kyleproxx: rename from firmware-samsung-kylepro; device-samsung-kylepro: use renamed firmware package as direct dependency and remove firmware subpackage 
Since kylepro and kyleprods are very similar devices (they also share the same kernel), the firmware package can be used for both.
The nonfree firmware subpackage is redundant, so device-samsung-kylepro directly depends on firmware-samsung-kyleproxx.

Pablo Correa Gómez 5c1bb690bf linux-samsung-a40: do not provide linux-headers 
Providing linux-headers is an unresolved issue (see
https://gitlab.postmarketos.org/postmarketOS/pmaports/-/issues/152)
and this is currently breaking the build with
"pmbootstrap config build_pkgs_on_install True".
So remove them.

Aster Boese ef79caff27 samsung-goyawifi: /lib/{modprobe, modules-load}.d -> /usr/lib/{modprobe, modules-load}.d 
The previous commit moving these to only `/lib/` was an error on my part for
misreading the manpages of kmod. Alpine *does* correctly handle modules under
`/usr/lib/`, so this is fine.

With Amazon Ford Tab 7 where was a scaling in Touchpanel Driver for ssd60xx, this lead to misfunctional touch events in fbkeyboard. This patch remove the scaling and swapping x/y-coordinates

Henrik Grimler dbc2aea5c6 u-boot-samsung-i9100: move to archived category 
The downstream port of i9100 does not use u-boot-samsung-i9100, so it
is essentially dead code. Furthermore, this u-boot is ancient, based
on 2012.04-rc1, with backported patches to get ext4 support. It is
hence not really suitable for use with postmarketos.

Unfortunately something stops kernel output a certain time into boot,
so we only get output for the first few seconds.

Henrik Grimler 02e10a2161 device-samsung-gts210lte: deviceinfo: drop un-needed variables 
screen_width and screen_height are only needed for
dev_touchscreen_calibration calculation. We do not need to set
dev_touchscreen_calibration though, as we already ship a custom
90-sec_touchscreen.rules file with the same calibration.

Henrik Grimler fcca70824e device-samsung-gts210lte: re-add 90-sec_touchscreen.rules 
The install command was accidentally dropped in commit
dd04440b64 ("device-samsung-gts210lte: avoid overriding udev v4l
rule in /etc").

Also change so it is installed to /usr/lib/udev/rules.d/.

Henrik Grimler 94fd3a01db device-samsung-dream: use ncm instead of rndis in initfs network script 
PostmarketOS now uses ncm instead of rndis, so update script accordingly.

Unfortunately usb networking does not work even after this change when
I test on dream2lte, so this needs further debugging.

Henrik Grimler 3c9279f86e device-samsung-dream: fix too large boot.img 
The boot partition is only 40 mb, but the boot.img currently ends up
at ~44 mb. Fix by setting create_initfs_extra.
