This was done in 7 steps:

* fix up kconfig category:uefi
* fix up kconfig category:zram
* fix up kconfig category:default
* fix up kconfig category:default (NULL_TTY)
* fix up kconfig category:input
* bump pkgrels

Some kconfig changes to reduce kernel size to avoid conflict of 0x8000
(kernel load address) + uncompressed kernel size (arch/arm/boot/Image) +
compressed kernel size (arch/arm/boot/zImage) being bigger than
0x1e00000 (tags address).
This causes mostly silent boot failures, with CONFIG_DEBUG_LL messages
such as "no ATAGS support: can't continue" or "Error: invalid dtb and
unrecognized/unsupported machine ID" can be seen on UART, though they're
not very clear that the kernel image is essentially too big for what lk
is setting up.
Manual kconfig changes:
* Convert some =y to =m to reduce kernel size, mostly NFS_FS and CIFS
since those are quite big and there's no point in having them
built-in.
* Disable EXT2_FS & EXT3_FS - handled by EXT4 driver
* Disable PCI - unused

In the 6.9 branch during development and rebasing this chunk seems to
have disappeared. Since 6.10 msm8974 release is coming probably not
super soon, patch it now so hlte gets its dts back.
Add support for Sony Xperia Z3 Compact and HTC One (M8).
Also take the opportunity to align the LOCALVERSION/KBUILD_BUILD_VERSION
fields with e.g. SC7280 kernel.

Kconfig changes:
* Enable PWM_CLK and INPUT_PWM_VIBRA instead of INPUT_CLK_VIBRATOR for
Nexus 5
* Disable unused clock drivers
* Disable MEDIA_SUPPORT - currently unused
* Enable LEDS_TRIGGER_PATTERN for feedbackd
* Disable all of NET_VENDOR_* (which is Ethernet devices)

Changes to defconfig:
* Disable legacy usb gadgets (USB_ETH and friends)
* Enable Multi-Gen LRU (LRU_GEN)

This contains a fix for second panel variant for samsung-hlte.
No more manual changes, .config was regenerated using kconfig migrate.

In preparation to removal of linux-postmarketos repo, switch
source to different source mirror.
P.S: sourcehut can't serve bz2 archives, I had to switch to gz
