This app/config wizard runs when COSMIC starts for the first time, and
it helpful for guiding folks through configuring the DE.

Stefan Hansson d9c3fa80a8 main/devicepkg-utils: allow overriding root directory in source_deviceinfo 
This can be used to source the deviceinfo of an arbitrary rootfs, not
just the current one. In particular, this will be used in the
boot-deploy CI.

Clayton Craft e63c70b6e8 Rebuild -systemd subpkgs 
These packages were previously built by a WIP abuild patch that added
install scripts to each -systemd subpkg for handling preset application
on install and symlink cleanup on uninstall. This functionality has been
replaced by a trigger/commit hook, so we need to rebuild these packages
to drop the install scripts that were previously generated.

Luca Weiss 60d40dcda0 main/postmarketos-ui-lomiri: clean up polkit config 
Apk is unhappy about depending on both polkit and polkit-elogind. Align
with other UI packages by only depending on polkit-elogind directly, and
remove the rc-update call since also no other UI is doing this.

Stefan Hansson 6c98a4d742 main/dint: new aport 
This could later be used to add deviceinfo linting CI to pmaports. I'm
putting this in pmaports rather than aports as I would think there is
little purpose to having a deviceinfo linter in Alpine when this format
isn't used there.

Hugo Osvaldo Barrera 7cb5f1d3e4 main/postmarketos-config-nftables: rely on upstream nftrules 
Upstream is now shipping rules as individual subpackages for packages
which require them. Rely on these by linking to them instead of
duplicating them here.

Note that the upstream packages only ship rules, but do not enable them
by default. This patch retains this package's current behaviour and
still automatically enables rules.

Since all systems are now /usr-merged, we can now even have the file in
/usr/lib/!

Pablo Correa Gómez 5de1ce365f main/postmarketos-base: force migration of installs to /usr merge 
This carries some risks, but we are willing to put up with them. We
need everybody to have a /usr-merge to continue moving on our
priorities. Fortunately, the merge-usr script has received quite a lot
of testing so far.

Stefan Hansson 4456501395 main/postmarketos-ui-os-installer: don't run os-installer and pmbootstrap as root 
I'm not sure what the original motivation for doing this was, I would
guess just to get a minimal viable product working as soon as possible.
But based on my current testing, with these changes along with an
earlier commit that disabled the password requirement for privilege
escalation with doas, it is unnecessary and also solves at least one bug.

Devin Lin 9962707c1e postmarketos-ui-plasma-mobile: add default homescreen 
The current script doesn't do anything because the path was changed
during the Plasma 5 -> 6 transition. Change the script to supply a
default homescreen layout.
