It lets us move the variables in cmdline.txt to
deviceinfo_kernel_cmdline. We can thereafter drop the cmdline.txt file
entirely.
By setting deviceinfo_generate_cmdline_txt we tell boot-deploy to
generate /boot/cmdline.txt from deviceinfo_kernel_cmdline. boot-deploy
can then also add information about partition UUIDs to the cmdline,
which helps postmarketos-initramfs find the correct partitions.

Starqltechn is a Samsung Galaxy S9 phone running on sdm845 SoC.
Since SDM845 is well supported, the phone has potential to get more
features in the future with less development effort.
Device is running linux-postmarketos-qcom-sdm845 kernel, with
charger, fuelgauge, haptics, calls, mobile data supported.
This make the phone usable with basic scenarios.
Moving to community to increase phone visibility and to attract new
developers and users.

Previously, waveform information was provided by maintainer. Since every
device panel is slightly different, waveform information is actually
available on the device in a specific partition (partlabel=waveform).
We thus use the device waveform information instead of the less
appropriate generic binary. We do this by having an initd script extract
and prepare the binary from the partition using hrdl's scripts. The
rockchip_ebc module expects both ebc.wbf and custom_wf.bin under
/lib/firmware/rockchip. Thus, if those files are not detected, the initd
runs the necessary operations, regenerates with mkinitfs, and reloads
rockchip_ebc.
gpio_rockchip is also added to modules-initfs as the kernel now compiles
it as a module

Uses patchset from hrdl rather than m-weigand. It was rebased against
v6.15 by myself, from v6.15_rc3. hrdl rebased m-weigand's patchset from
v6.12 and improved upon it.
Much like linux-rpi, source code is generated by first using upstream
linux source code, patched with minor release patchset. The PineNote
downstream patches are then applied.
