Aster Boese 3661af9aaf raspberry-pi4: move to archived 
The maintainer said that they did not realize that they
were still maintaining this device and that they are
good to drop from the package.

Jens Reidel eca0bf5d23 device-raspberry-pi4: Move to downstream 
linux-rpi is a downstream Linux kernel provided by the vendor and
differs a lot from mainline. As such, this device does not qualify for
testing.
