Non-versioned provides with a provider priority as used before this
commit are only useful for virtual packages. That is, packages which
can be installed concurrently to each other. Therefore, having non-version
provider signals that the forked package is intended to be allowed to be
installed alongside the main package. Not only this is not the case (we don't
wanted forked alsa-ucm-conf and the upstream one installed together), but
in addition, doing so is impossible. That is because the main alsa-ucm-conf
package provides by default a versioned provider of itself, making the
concurrent installation not allowed. Therefore, using non-versioned provides,
although harmless in practice, represents a packaging bug that makes
understaning and reasoning about the fork harder.
Instead of doing that, make the providers versioned, and remove the
provider_priority. Now, it is clear that the forked alsa-ucm-conf packages
must replace the upstream one. To avoid installations that do not need a
forked alsa-ucm-conf, we must make sure that the version which the forked
packages provide is lower than the version of the upstream package. We do
so by prepending a 0. to the version, and adding an explanatory comment.

* Set Co-Mainatiner as maintainer, if they exist
* Add me as co-maintainer of QEMU packages to fulfill main requirements
* Add people interested in maintainance to their packages
* device-google-snow now has no maintainer, if someone is interested,
please add yourself as maintainer, otherwise it has to be dropped
As we all know they are inactive nowadays, the maintainer variables
should reflect the reality who cares/is responsible about a package, and
inactive members are not. And waiting for a inactive maintainer 2 weeks
is just staling the MR.
Thanks for all the work Minecrell & Jenneron, and feel free to add
yourself again if you're back again.

a5lte and a5ulte are almost identical hardware-wise, the separate
package is mainly necessary because they use different firmware
signatures.
Alexey Min agreed to do some testing occasionally :)
Make voice call audio work out of the box by starting q6voiced on
all installations with the modem. It might be nice to start it only
when oFono is installed and enabled, but q6voiced is quite minimal
so it does not seem worth the effort.
- Enable speaker on samsung-gt510wifi/matissevewifi
- Replace deprecated mesa-dri-freedreno package with mesa-dri-gallium
- Build natively (this is just a trivial copy)
Combine modem-qcom-msm-{mainline,downstream}-common to a single APKBUILD
with mainline and downstream subpackages.
Enable rmtfs service here instead of directly in the package.
[ci:skip-vercheck]: for qrtr version fix
Prepare for better device categorization by moving everything to testing
subdir first.
[skip-ci]: chicken-egg problem: passing pmaports CI depends on pmbootstrap MR
