Clayton Craft 0648d45d76 device/*: migrate device packages to new kernel cmdline config system
This migrates all device package to the new system, which is documented
here: https://docs.postmarketos.org/pmaports/main/kernel-cmdline.html.

It also replaces old initramfs params (PMOS_NOSPLASH and
PMOS_FORCE_PARTITION_RESIZE) from the cmdlines with their modern
equivalents, so we can finally get rid of those.

Achill Gilgenast 65fa27d1fd */*: remove maintainership by inactive maintainers
* Set Co-Mainatiner as maintainer, if they exist
* Add me as co-maintainer of QEMU packages to fulfill main requirements
* Add people interested in maintainance to their packages
* device-google-snow now has no maintainer, if someone is interested,
please add yourself as maintainer, otherwise it has to be dropped

As we all know they are inactive nowadays, the maintainer variables
should reflect the reality who cares/is responsible about a package, and
inactive members are not. And waiting for a inactive maintainer 2 weeks
is just staling the MR.

Thanks for all the work Minecrell & Jenneron, and feel free to add
yourself again if you're back again.

* Also move right above pkgname=
* Move Co-Maintainer lines above maintainer=
* Remove empty lines in the header

pmbootstrap 3.7+ & abuild supports maintainer= variables.

Minecrell 5d1529f27b arrow-db410c: move from testing to community (MR 1318) 2020-06-23 11:05:25 +02:00
Minecrell 87a0624e93 arrow-db410c: new device (Arrow DragonBoard 410c) (MR 1293)
The DB410c is a SBC with APQ8016 SoC. It runs on mainline without
any patches. This port makes use of the existing linux-postmarketos-qcom-msm8916
kernel package that is used for other mainline MSM8916 devices.

Tested functionality:
  - USB Network, USB Host (e.g. an USB keyboard)
  - Flashing (Fastboot)
  - Display (HDMI)
  - WiFi/BT
  - GPU
  - Audio (HDMI)
  - FDE

Not tested:
  - GPS

Note: The firmware package is called firmware-qcom-db410c (instead of arrow)
because the firmware is provided directly by Qualcomm, not Arrow.
