Richard Acayan 49a5704dd4 google-bonito: new device (MR 4318) 
I cannot maintain this device because I do not have it, but it is
similar to the Pixel 3a, which I can maintain.

Move the kernel into a subpackage in case support for a different panel
(the Tianma NT37700F panel) is added.
