Aster Boese 5e6995c593 xiaomi-polaris: move to archived 
The maintainer has been inactive and does not have a pmOS
GitLab account. This was actually brought up in the past
with pmaports!6618, but the device ended up staying around.
I pinged the proposed maintainer
[in an MR](https://gitlab.postmarketos.org/postmarketOS/pmaports/-/merge_requests/9067#note_570185)
instead and they said that archival is fine for now.

What works on mainline (all tested):
 - screen and partial screen brightness - only 10 different shades of brightness, like downstream
 - usb and usb networking
 - wifi
 - bluetooth
 - battery & charging status
 - gpu acceleration (partial, only with GLES 2.0)
 - buttons

What does not work yet on mainline:
 - cameras
 - audio
 - sensors
 - external gpios for the smart cover
 - cpufreq
 - usb smart dock (hdmi sharing, audio dock...)
 - full gpu support
 - IR transmitter
 - external sd card
 - 3G / 4G
 - radio
 - backlight

Ferass El Hafidi c8e83f9c9f device-xiaomi-vayu: move back to testing 
It seems to have been mistakenly archived. Someone had taken over
maintainership 2 months ago (pmaports!8332) and now is confused that
it got archived anyway.

Fixes #4664

This reverts commit d3998f0189.

Aster Boese e79c23c612 samsung-gtaxlwifi: move to archived 
The source url for the kernel is dead and all alternatives that I have
found do not compile. Since this device is already unmaintained, better
to archive than painstakingly fix compliation.

Kevin Widjaja 0726a31793 Move sony-togari to archive 
I have not maintained the port for a while now and am currently unable to due to my Z Ultra being broken. The last status was the device was able to boot debug shell but unable to boot to pmos.
