downstream/linux-amazon-ford: Change Downstream Kernel to 3.10.108 and add Patch for Touchpanel
With Amazon Ford Tab 7 where was a scaling in Touchpanel Driver for ssd60xx, this lead to misfunctional touch events in fbkeyboard. This patch remove the scaling and swapping x/y-coordinates
