Aster Boese 5e6995c593 xiaomi-polaris: move to archived 
The maintainer has been inactive and does not have a pmOS
GitLab account. This was actually brought up in the past
with pmaports!6618, but the device ended up staying around.
I pinged the proposed maintainer
[in an MR](https://gitlab.postmarketos.org/postmarketOS/pmaports/-/merge_requests/9067#note_570185)
instead and they said that archival is fine for now.

Stefan Hansson e7b1652ba9 linux-pine64-pinetab2: run default_prepare after manual patch handling 
Otherwise any patches that need to be applied onto the out-of-tree code
in the patch archive will fail to apply as the files won't exist yet.
This works because delaying default_prepare also delays abuild's
automatic patch application.

Eric Anderson e9aa99192e device-asus-flo: Use lk2nd 
The generic kernels are too large to be booted by the stock bootloader,
as the boot partition is only 16 MiB. While this commit increases the
kernel size you can use today, the linux-postmarketos kernels are still
too big to boot from extlinux.conf until the [boot memory increase of
lk2nd][1] is released.

lk2nd also provides a better fastboot implementation which doesn't
fully-buffer the image to be written, and thus can write larger images
than the stock bootloader. Forcing fastboot mode requires [flo support
in lk2nd][2], which also requires a lk2nd release. Right now you'll only
get the better fastboot when lk2nd fails to find a kernel, which means a
dance like "use stock bootloader to wipe userdata, then start to lk2nd".

The reason to keep android image support is just for netbooting which
makes testing easier. But netbooting does _not_ work with lk2nd right
now as lk2nd has trouble finding the dtb for some reason; use the stock
boot loader when running "pmbootstrap flasher boot". Changing
flash_offset_ramdisk is to give more space for the kernel to decompress.

In the most recent xkeyboard-config, the layout changed from
us/pc/key2 to blackberry-key2/us
(layout/model/variant) (model/layout)

The udev hwdb is for unl0kr to properly recognize the keyboard,
recommended by sicelo.

Aelin 7e1c99ed41 linux-next: Use generic kernel infra, take over maintainership

Aster Boese 532709ae51 treewide: remove _defconfig="defconfig" as it is default 
_defconfig="defconfig" is the default logic in pmbootstrap, and thus should not be
duplicated in kernel packages. The only use-case for _defconfig is for when the
defconfig differs from what is automatically selected.

linux-next is not modified because it still uses the old kconfig fragments logic and
would break with this change.

firmware-samsung-janice got moved to dependencies with
1ce58c5ae1, but the
firmware package is in archived, so it cannot be depended
on. firmware-samsung-u8500 is the proper replacement for
