Luca Weiss f26fce2a43 linux-fairphone-fp3: drop (MR 6245) 
The kernel doesn't compile anymore due to updated toolchain:

  scripts/Makefile.lib:414: *** prerequisites cannot be defined in recipes.  Stop.
  make[3]: *** [../scripts/Makefile.modbuiltin:54: techpack/audio/dsp] Error 2

Remove it since mainline kernel is working better anyways.

Jens Reidel 4f19839510 device-xiaomi-{davinci,surya}: Move from testing to community (MR 6210) 
The SM7150 devices have seen a lot of work put into them and are
generally very usable except for microphone/earpiece audio and cameras.
Both of these features are still work in progress and should be
available sometime in the future. They fulfil the requirements for
community in the Wiki, so let's promote them.

Caleb Connolly 53da3e2a0e linux-next: enable PMEM (MR 6228) 
PMEM aka persistent memory enables a region of memory to be treated as a
block device. This is particularly useful as a way for EFI bootloaders
to retrieve a full OS image (via HTTP) and make it accessible to the OS.

Support for this is making its way to U-Boot: https://lore.kernel.org/u-boot/20250203105912.196654-1-sughosh.ganu@linaro.org/

Let's enable this in postmarketOS so we can enable HTTP booting images
directly from postmarketOS.org.

Jens Reidel d41a2282b0 device-xiaomi-davinci: Stop depending on now nonexistent unl0kr quirk (MR 6234) 
Commit cb7074d8a8 removed this subpackage
and unconditionally enabled the unl0kr quirk in soc-qcom-sm7150, but the
xiaomi-davinci device package was never updated to account for this.

Mattijs Korpershoek be3686c69e device-khadas-vim3: new device (MR 6220) 
The Khadas VIM3 [1] is a popular devboard (SBC).
It has an Amlogic A311D SoC and is well supported in mainline linux.

Add board support in testing.

Note that we use the soc-amlogic-s905 package which also provides
support for A311d.
