Achill Gilgenast e38532b7f7 ci: relax pkgrel changes for packages that don’t have remote sources 
Motivation is to avoid unnecessary overhead for MR authors & no reason to
actually use pkgrel for meta-packages.

So instead, recommend pkgver-bumps & pkgrel=0 for metapackages, but don't
block MRs when they bumped the "wrong" one. Just make everyone's life easier.

Aelin a508b2c913 kconfig-generic: Enable VHOST acceleration configs 
These are required for using the vhost=on flag for QEMU and offload
certain virtio work onto the host kernel to increase performance.

Luca Weiss 0e00ecfa53 firmware-fairphone-fp6: rename venus subpackage to vpu, update path 
Neither the firmware binary, nor the Linux driver are called 'venus'
nowadays. Rename the package to VPU (video processing unit).

Also accordingly, don't rename the firmware to "venus.mbn" but keep the
original filename intact.

Aster Boese b33ba8203c linux-google-crosshatch-mainline: build with LLVM and sync kconfig 
The previous patch was broken because the kernel was still configured to use
GCC. Builds passed in pmaports CI because the runner is native aarch64, which
hits the issue of Alpine's clang packaging depending on gcc to get access to
libgcc-dev. This pulls in the whole GCC compiler, causing the kernel to default
to it and ignore clang. When this patch got to BPO, it failed because BPO
cross-compiles packages, leading to aarch64 GCC not being installed when
building (only clang is used as the cross-compiler) and causing the build to
fail there.

Achill Gilgenast fdb3d2ebbc main/postmarketos-base-ui: adapt replaces= to upstream chrony changes 
The config file got moved to the new chrony-common package, so we must
"replace" this subpkg, so apk doesn't fails when replacing the file

Clayton Craft e1317493c6 main/postmarketos-base-ui: proximity and accel sensor support 
This is hopefully temporary. The proximity and accelerometer sensor tags
were removed upstream(1) citing an open issue on a specific device
and the desire to have more testing. Enabling it in pmOS will help get testing.

This udev rule shouldn't have any impact on devices that don't have
fastrpc. Installing it conditionally on iio-sensor-proxy just seems adds
packaging complexity for basically no benefit.

Bart Ribbers e90be571c4 main/postmarketos-base-ui-plasma: depend on geoclue
