Breaks ethernet connectivity on BPI-CM4:

	[   20.521828] meson8b-dwmac ff3f0000.ethernet eth1: cannot attach to PHY (error: -ENODEV)

I'm pretty sure it used to work before, some kernel upgrade most likely
broke it.
