Notable changes are that we switch to zstd module compression, and enable MODULE_DECOMPRESS=y to let kernel handle decompression, as busybox modprobe cannot handle zstd. Also switch non /boot filesystem types to modules, and disable MODULE_FORCE_UNLOAD as it is not really a good idea for non-testing devices.
