Clayton Craft 0dc0c9f03e soc-qcom: run systemd splitfunc in pulseaudio-systemd subpkg ...

Just like when defining custom -openrc subpkgs, or prepare funcs, etc,
we *need* to manually the corresponding abuild function or else things
break.
