Aster Boese 112fcb5110 pine64-pinenote: workaround unnecessary error in grep ci check

The modules-load.d and modprobe.d files come from the `etc/...`
directories in the builddir, which causes in a false positive in the
grep CI check. This works around that to prevent having to disable
checking the entire device.
