Pablo Correa Gómez 5c1bb690bf linux-samsung-a40: do not provide linux-headers ...

Providing linux-headers is an unresolved issue (see
https://gitlab.postmarketos.org/postmarketOS/pmaports/-/issues/152)
and this is currently breaking the build with
"pmbootstrap config build_pkgs_on_install True".
So remove them.
