Eric Anderson 803675e4c8 linux-google-veyron: Upgrade to 6.12.96 ...

Fixed up kconfig check failures and enabled voluntary preemption.
Verified on mickey and minnie with GNOME. Working wifi, bluetooth,
audio, battery gauge.
