Aster Boese 864cc6c223 systemd/systemd: remove clang and llvm from makedepends ...

Clang isn't needed for compilation of systemd. The only reason I can
think of for this being here is that, when systemd was first added,
Alpine's GCC may have been too old for BPF. The LLVM dependency also
is removed
