Should be pretty safe. It just removes subpackages where all containing files are upstreamed in Alpine. It also doesn't contain removals that are still in other MRs by me, that might need related changes. The only thing that technically could break is differences between our services and upstream, I tried to look that they are very similar but I could missed the one or another, but most were upstream's anyway.
