Icenowy Zheng 92e3b88f6b linux-postmarketos-mediatek-mt8183: fix Wayland compositors AFBC issue ...

Some Wayland compositors (tested with GNOME) are broken because of the
mediatek DRM driver wrongly announce AFBC on SoCs w/o AFBC displaying
support.

Pick a patch from mailing list to fix this issue.

Test is done on a kodama with google-kukui generic port and GNOME Shell
recipe.
